Take more breaks - Get more done.

I invented something awesome.  It’s all hush hush for now…
So how did I come up with this mystery product?  Focus. That’s what I’m talking about today.  Giving full attention to the important thing you are doing NOW. I just learned from my friend Noah St. John (#1 best-selling author of The Secret Code of Success) that we only have the ability to fully focus on one thing for a 60 minute time limit… and that’s pushing it.

I wish I had a $1 every time I heard someone say “oh, there is just not enough time in the day”.  There seems to be plenty of time to watch TV, run errands, chat on the phone, Facebook and check email 50 billion times a day…
